About the Role Cup of Joe Cafes is looking for an experienced, guest-obsessed Coffeehouse Supervisor to join our team at our Starbucks licensed store on the Baptist Hospital Campus in Pensacola, FL. This is one of the area's busiest healthcare campuses — a high-volume location serving nurses, doctors, and families who depend on us every day. As a Coffeehouse Supervisor, you'll work side by side with the Coffeehouse Leader to keep the store thriving — helping lead the team, supporting partners, keeping customers happy, and making sure operations run smoothly day to day. From coaching and developing Baristas and Shift Leads to managing inventory and store goals, you'll play a key role in shaping the store's success. This role is all about balancing people and operations — building a strong team culture while driving results and delivering the Starbucks Experience.
