Base pay range $40,000.00/yr - $50,000.00/yr Job Purpose Nikon Metrology is seeking a highly detail-oriented Order Administrator responsible for accurate and efficient processing of incoming customer purchase orders. The ideal candidate should understand systems and procedures and facilitate the flow of information both internally and externally. Key Responsibilities Interpret purchase order directions and communicate with customers and internal teams. Accurately input orders, understanding their impact on other departments and finances. Manage data flow to ensure order fulfillment. Understand customer requirements for timely delivery, accurate invoicing, and prompt payment. Communicate order exceptions and discrepancies. Complete paperwork and navigate customer websites. Handle return orders and understand their impact on inventory and invoicing. Adhere to credit procedures and understand sales tax requirements. Assist customers and collaborate with team members. Work independently, solve problems, and make decisions per procedures. Qualifications 2-4 years’ experience in Order Processing and Purchasing. High school diploma. Proficiency with Navision or similar ERP software. Financial knowledge and attention to detail. Strong customer service and communication skills.
