Role Overview Join MANTECH as an Enterprise Service Desk Manager to lead a team in resolving complex incidents, developing knowledgebase articles, and improving service desk processes. The role requires extensive knowledge of enterprise systems and applications, as well as exceptional communication and leadership skills. What You Will Do Serve as a primary escalation point, offer technical guidance, and lead the development of knowledgebase articles and training materials. Conduct trend analysis, identify recurring issues, and recommend strategic solutions to enhance service delivery.
