Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a CNC Operator.
CNC Operator Job Details
Schedule: 2nd shift , Monday-Friday, 2:30PM- 10:30PM , 3rd shift , Sunday-Thursday, 10:00 PM-6:00 AM
Pay Rate: $21.00/hr + $1.50/hr shift premium
Location : Franklin, OH
CNC Operator Requirements/Qualifications

• Resume and interview required.
  
• Clean background check required (no felonies within the past 7 years).
  
• 10-panel drug screen and alcohol test required.
  
• Must be able to understand and operate CNC machine controls.
  
• Ability to read and use quality gauges and measuring tools.
  
• Knowledge of CNC terminology, including G & M codes.
  
• Ability to read CNC programs and make tooling adjustments.
  
• Ability to lift 30-50 lbs. and push/pull 10-20 lbs.
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain production goals.
  

• Load and unload parts into CNC machines.
  
• Operate CNC equipment according to production specifications.
  
• Inspect parts using precision measuring tools and quality gauges.
  
• Make tooling offset adjustments to maintain print tolerances.
  
• Change machine programs when setting up different part numbers.
  
• Read CNC programs to re-cut part features when necessary.
  
• Maintain machine tooling and ensure equipment is operating efficiently.
  
• Meet daily production and quality goals.
  
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
  
• Communicate equipment or quality concerns to supervisors as needed.
