Facilities Maintenance Technician

Facilities Maintenance Technician Ocean Spray is hiring for a Facilities Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of its corporate facilities. Responsibilities Conduct routine inspections and perform preventive maintenance of HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems. Respond to tenant service requests in a timely and professional manner. Conduct routine inspections of building systems, equipment, and common areas. Assist with snow removal as needed. Support material handling, including moving furniture and office setups. Assist with event setup and breakdown as required. Provide backup mailroom coverage as needed. Qualifications Required: Knowledge of tools, materials, methods, and practices in facility maintenance. Required: Skill in operation of power/manual tools and light/heavy equipment. Required: Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Required: Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently. Required: Flexible schedule (on call once every three weeks). Preferred: 2+ years of maintenance experience in a commercial or office environment. Preferred: Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. Education: High School Diploma or GED (Required). Work Experience: At least 1 year of experience. Annual Salary: $44,900 - $61,710.
