Showroom Manager - Restaurant & Supermarket Equipment

Position Overview

Atlantic Restaurant & Supermarket Equipment is seeking an experienced Showroom Manager to lead showroom sales, staff, customer service, merchandising, and daily operations.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of management experience in a large retail store or showroom (5,000+ sq. ft.), such as home improvement, electronics, appliances, furniture, clothing, or similar retail.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of showroom sales and daily operations.
• Manage, train, and support showroom staff.
• Ensure every customer is assisted and sales opportunities are followed up.
• Back up salespeople, assist customers, prepare quotes, close sales, and work as cashier when needed.
• Maintain displays, pricing, signage, and showroom presentation.
• Meet showroom sales and gross-profit targets.
• Develop initiatives to increase showroom traffic and sales.
• Work with the marketing team on promotions, events, and campaigns.
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, purchasing, and operations.
• Resolve customer issues and maintain excellent service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail store or showroom management experience.
• Experience managing a 5,000+ sq. ft. retail location strongly preferred.
• Strong sales, customer service, leadership, and closing skills.
• Proven responsibility for store sales performance and staff.
• Hands-on attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
• Experience with appliances, electronics, furniture, home improvement, or commercial equipment is a plus.
• Bilingual or multilingual is a plus.
