Location: Naperville, IL

Schedule: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday

Compensation: $22.50/hour + Bonus | Weekly Pay

Reports To: Branch Manager

What You Will Do

You will run the day-to-day staffing operation at the client location and be the go-to contact for both the client and the associates working there. That means:

• Building genuine relationships with clients and job seekers, and being the first call for staffing needs, placements, and ongoing support
• Reviewing resumes, assessing candidates, and spotting the right talent for each role
• Partnering with recruiters and leadership to build staffing strategies that hit hiring goals
• Representing Midway at job fairs, recruitment events, and community outreach to keep a strong pipeline flowing
• Owning the onboarding process, from background checks to new hire paperwork, and keeping every file complete and compliant
• Leading first-day logistics so new hires feel welcomed and set up to succeed
• Supporting payroll by reviewing hours, processing timecards, and approving them accurately and on time
• Checking in regularly with clients and associates to keep satisfaction high and catch issues early

What You Bring

High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field is a plus

1 to 2 years in staffing, recruiting, HR, or administrative support (agency experience is a bonus)

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to build rapport fast

Sharp organizational skills and comfort juggling priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting

Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and/or Google Suite, plus experience with an Applicant Tracking System

Confidence conducting in-person and phone interviews with real attention to detail

A proactive, solution-first mindset and the ability to work independently and on a team
