Job Responsibilities and Tasks Great computer skills (365 software) Lead and manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with organizational objectives. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and drive growth. Oversee departmental budgets, ensuring financial targets are met while optimizing resources. Execute projects on time and within budget. Analyze operational metrics and generate reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions Requirements Must have 3 years of experience supervisor/manager Must know English, bilingual is a plus Forklift Certificate is a plus Pay rate is negotiable based on experience.
