Heavy Equipment OperatorThis position is responsible for day to day Heavy Equipment Operation activities at a steelmetal recovery plant. Running equipment such as loaders, excavators, skidsteer, heavy duty trucks, cranes. Duties include but not limited to:A. Performs routine mobile equipment pre start and post inspections and records activity on inspection sheets.B. Follows all plant safety guidelines for the safe operations of heavy mobile equipment.QualificationsBasic Qualifications:1. High school diploma or equivalent.2. 1 - 3 year's experience as a equipment operator.3. Ability to do manual labor in an outdoor environment that may include elevated areas and extreme weather conditions.4. Good communications skills, and the ability to read operating instructions.5.
