Our client seeks a Senior Vice President, POM Product Management to lead product management for the Structured Debt Client Platform. The role will define product vision, drive platform outcomes, and deliver client-centric capabilities aligned to business priorities and the Platform Operating Model. The leader will partner across product, engineering, design, operations, risk, and business leadership to improve client experience, strengthen platform capabilities, and support scalable growth.

 

This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Rate: $110.00 to $124.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:

• Provide oversight and governance tracking for key workstreams including escalation ownership for oversight leads, change management, controls and validation reviews, performance management and reporting SLAs, incident response and issue resolution, and compliance.
• Own financial elements such as client forecasting, approval, and billing oversight.
• Plan, deliver, and execute new initiatives.
• Serve as trustee liaison and client liaison.
• Lead product management for the Structured Debt Client Platform, including strategy, roadmap definition, prioritization, and execution oversight.
• Translate platform and business objectives into product outcomes, initiatives, and sequenced delivery plans.
• Partner with stakeholders across business, technology, operations, and control functions to identify client needs, pain points, and market opportunities.
• Own and maintain a governed product backlog reflecting business value, risk, regulatory needs, and platform dependencies.
• Drive discovery, business case development, and value articulation for new capabilities and modernization.
• Establish and monitor product success metrics, KPIs, and outcome measures.
• Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams within the POM framework to support agile execution, release planning, and continuous improvement.
• Ground decisions in client needs, data insights, operational efficiency, and strategic alignment.
• Communicate roadmap progress, tradeoffs, risks, and dependencies to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Contribute to platform governance, planning routines, and cross-platform coordination for enterprise consistency.

Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Advanced degree preferred.
• Significant experience in product or platform management, business transformation, or strategic change leadership in financial services or complex enterprises.
• End-to-end product lifecycle leadership from discovery and prioritization through delivery and adoption.
• Strong understanding of product management practices, agile delivery, and platform-oriented models.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate across multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills balancing strategy and execution detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive-level presentations and storytelling.
• Experience in regulated environments with appreciation for risk, control, and governance.
• Familiarity with structured debt, capital markets, asset servicing, or adjacent products preferred.
• Experience managing complex platform or enterprise product portfolios.
• Exposure to client platform transformation and digital enablement initiatives.
• Experience with roadmap governance, OKRs/KPIs, and investment prioritization.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and drive clarity across competing priorities.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Advanced degree preferred.

The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
