Description We’re hiring a compassionate RN to join our established Intensive Outpatient Program , serving older adults in the Missouri Valley, IA community since 2024 . Position : Program Director (This position will have 2 direct reports.) Location : Missouri Valley, Iowa (Note: This is an established program that first opened up October 2024 - locally, we're partnered with the hospital) Setting : Intensive Outpatient Program Salary : Up to $90,000 / year Population : Older adults, ages 65+ Schedule: Full Time (Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm) (Note: NO CALL / NO WEEKENDS!) You’ll work alongside a collaborative care team providing compassionate mental health support to older adults. Responsibilities Lead a small disciplinary team comprised of a psychiatric physician, therapist, and medical office coordinator providing services to the senior population.
