Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will be diverse and impactful. You will:

• Facilitate Group Therapy: Lead engaging sessions that connect clients with one another, facilitating support networks and shared learning experiences.

• Provide Individual Therapy: Deliver personalized counseling, allowing clients to explore their thoughts and emotions while developing practical coping strategies.

• Collaborate on Treatment Plans: Work closely with clients to craft individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that highlight their unique needs and aspirations.

• Monitor Progress: Regularly assess client outcomes using various tools and provide constructive feedback to foster continued growth and adjustment in treatment.

• Coordinate with Multidisciplinary Team: Engage with other health professionals to ensure comprehensive care, sharing insights and strategies for complex client scenarios.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.

Compensation and Benefits\n
