Morris Youth Behavioral Health Youth Outpatient Program (BHOP) Clinician (2175) Sign-On Bonus Take advantage of our new sign-on bonus! Center for Family Services offers a $1500–$3000 bonus depending on licensure: $3000 for LCSW, LCADC, RN, LPC, LMFT; $1500 for LSW, LPN, LAMFT. Location Morris County, NJ Job Type/Status Full Time Salary $55,000 per year Duties and Responsibilities Comply with funding source, contract, and program Annex A. Complete required documentation within established timeframes per Federal, State, County, and agency regulations, policy, and procedure. Provide competent, direct clinical services with children, adolescents, adults, and families through individual, group, and family therapy in office or community settings. Conduct comprehensive clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for members presenting concerns regardless of race, gender, culture, or ethnicity. Utilize systemic, behavioral, and cognitive modalities of treatment. Collaboratively develop individual and family service plans and goals that are behaviorally specific. Coordinate care management services to meet individual/family needs. Participate in regular clinical supervision and maintain professional license, pursue advanced license, attend staff professional development trainings as required. Provide crisis intervention as needed, including on-call crisis line rotation. Attend clinical supervision, team meetings, and other required meetings. Develop transition plan with youth/families for termination and linkage to ongoing support. Use clinical supervision to promote independent decision-making and enhance practice. Maintain a minimum of 70% direct service hours (weekly/monthly/annual productivity target). Work evenings as needed. Spanish bilingual speaking preferred. Education and Experience Master's Degree in a related human services field. Clinical licensure as a social worker or licensed professional counselor, or equivalent license from an accredited board. Knowledge, training, and application of evidence‑based treatment. Knowledge and application in family systems and Trauma‑Informed Care. Minimum one year direct clinical experience providing psychotherapy within a behavioral health setting. Physical Requirements Ability to sit for up to 4 hours. Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
