As part of our delivery team, the role will assist in the design and configuration of various privacy, marketing, and GRC technology platforms. Responsibilities As a junior solution specialist, you will be supporting multiple projects and tasks concurrently. This may include: Configuring Technology Solutions – Provide the subject matter expertise needed to configure various technology platforms to align with future state design, perform testing, and support go-live activities. Enterprise System API Configuration – Aiding the team with configuration of REST APIs for enterprise systems like SalesForce Marketing Cloud, Jira, and ServiceNow. Solid understanding of the fundamentals of development, design philosophies, and internet protocols. Driven to uncover solutions through research and high levels of technical aptitude for reading documentation. Able to effectively articulate the technical aspects you’re familiar with those in other domains at an understandable level. Proven ability to quickly learn new business operations, processes, and procedures. Adaptable, welcomes change, and is comfortable with ambiguities. Effectively balances competing priorities in a rapidly growing, fast-paced environment. Organized, responsive, and persistent with good follow-through; customer service oriented. Demonstrates initiative, passion, and resourcefulness. Maintains a strong work ethic and a high degree of accountability. Strong attention to detail in ensuring accurate implementation of configurations and preparation of high-quality deliverables that meet necessary standards. Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Experience with Google Tag Manager, Adobe Experience Manager, and content management platforms such as WordPress. Familiarity with REST APIs and system integration. Experience managing and navigating Linux server environments. Knowledge of public cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. Basic Knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL. Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Preferred 1+ years of technology related experience. Experience configuring SaaS solutions. Understanding of GDPR, CPRA, and other privacy regulations. Comfortable and confident in Linux command line and developer consoles.
