About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead the transition and long-term success of a senior living community. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a strong focus on resident satisfaction, team engagement, operational excellence, and service quality. This hands-on leadership role involves ensuring the continuity and consistency of services, building positive relationships with residents and their families, and driving the community's performance in line with the company's mission and core values. The Executive Director will also be tasked with overseeing the community's budget, business-related activities, and employee training and performance. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with a preference for healthcare, gerontology, or business. A minimum of 3 years' experience in the senior living industry and a proven track record in a supervisory role with operational responsibilities are required. The role demands knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, the ability to interpret financial statements, and a commitment to compliance with safety and workers' compensation programs. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader, passionate about creating an exceptional experience for both residents and employees, and capable of being on-call to address the community's urgent needs.
