We invest heavily in your success. You’ll receive 8 weeks of world-class sales training , backed by 120 days of paid onboarding, giving you the freedom to master our proven process without financial pressure. This role requires physically inspecting homes, including crawl spaces. Our Sales Professionals are set up to create permanent, high-quality solutions for our homeowners’ foundation issues with warm leads every week, and the top performers consistently self-generate to reach elite income levels. Activity and follow-through are everything. 

You’ll also be supported by the industry-leading Marketing and Customer Care departments in the industry supporting your goals and helping you create wins every week.

• Annual Compensation: $150K - $300K/year Commission
• Compensation Structure: 100% Commission, uncapped earnings after your 120-day paid ramp up period

Required Experience

• Previous Outside Sales Experience is a PLUS, but we will train
• Valid Driver’s License
