Sie führen unser internationales Service Team und entwickeln unser Service Netzwerk weiter. Mit Ihrer Expertise und Ihren Ideen tragen Sie maßgeblich zur Kundenzufriedenheit und zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unseres Services bei und verbinden strategisches Denken mit Hands-on-Mentalität.## Ihre Aufgaben:* Sie führen und entwickeln unser technisches After Sales Team in Europa und Afrika, sodass ein starkes Team besteht, das sich über Ländergrenzen hinweg als Einheit versteht* Sie analysieren und steuern unser Netzwerk externer Service- und Reparaturpartner anhand eines strukturierten Ansatzes zur Qualifizierung von Servicepartnern* Sie identifizieren Trainingsbedarfe im Service-Netzwerk und entwickeln unsere Partner durch Schulung strategisch weiter* Sie analysieren Potenziale für Optimierung und Effizienzsteigerung durch Digitalisierung der Serviceprozesse* Sie bauen eine Wissensdatenbank zur Dokumentation von Problemlösungen auf* Sie sind Ansprechpartner für Key Accounts und den Vertrieb in technischen Fragestellungen und unterstützen bei Installation und Wartung von Anlagen* Sie analysieren komplexe Fehlerbilder und stellen nachhaltige Lösungen sicher* Sie erstellen Schulungsmaterial und koordinieren Übersetzungen* Sie leiten Produktverbesserungspotenziale aus Reparatur- und Garantiefällen für das Product Management ab* Sie planen die Ersatzteilelagerhaltung* Sie tracken KPIs und leiten Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung ab## Ihr Profil:* Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes elektrotechnisches Studium, alternativ allgemeintechnisches Studium in Kombination mit fundierter Erfahrung mit elektronischen Geräten* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen Serviceumfeld* Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams und der Zusammenarbeit im internationalen, interkulturellen Kontext* Selbstständige, systematische, strategische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise* Unternehmerische Haltung und Affinität dafür, den Status Quo kontinuierlich zu hinterfragen, Verbesserungen voranzutreiben und Strategien zielgerichtet zu realisieren* Kommunikationsstärke, sicheres Auftreten sowie Freude daran, Teams zu entwickeln* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und digitale Affinität* Reisebereitschaft (ca. 25%)* Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse #J-18808-Ljbffr ITW Welding GmbH
