Oakmont, PA – Full-time; Salaried, Exempt; M-F Daylight shift with rotating on-call

Salary Range: $73,400 - $93,500 annually, depending on experience + $3,000 sign-on bonus

The Neighborhood Manager is a Registered Nurse who assures quality care and services for skilled nursing residents. This role assumes responsibility for healthcare delivery and supervises the work of other licensed and non-licensed professional team members on a skilled nursing neighborhood and is responsible for the clinical and administrative needs of the neighborhood(s).

Requirements for the Registered Nurse (RN) Neighborhood Manager:

• Be a Registered Nurse, with a valid license in good standing from the State of PA.
• Have at least 1 year of supervisory experience; long-term care experience is preferred.
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills and exhibit enthusiasm and motivation.
• Effectively interact with residents, resident families, and team members.
• Have working knowledge of Internet, Medical Records, and Word Processing software.
• Desire to contribute to our compassionate, resident-focused culture and effectively interact with residents, resident families, and team members.
