Job Details Location: 100% onsite at Santa Clara, CA office Duration: Initial 6-month assignment with potential extension based on performance and team fit Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Friday Travel: Not required Update: Zuora experience required As a key team member, you will enhance business processes by identifying areas for improvement, developing strategies, and collaborating with stakeholders. Role Objectives Analyze and optimize business processes and workflows. Collaborate on designing and executing Quote to Cash products. Monitor effectiveness and adjust for continuous improvement. Stay updated on industry trends and technologies. Responsibilities Drive business process automation for subscription functions. Gain cross-functional alignment across various departments. Plan and monitor business process changes. Analyze complex business problems and collaborate on solutions. Test solutions and present findings to senior management. Required Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field. 10 years of experience in process analysis, especially in Enterprise Applications like eCommerce, Salesforce, ERP, and Zuora. Strong knowledge of CRM, CPQ, Order to Cash, SaaS/Cloud applications. Familiarity with process mapping and modeling techniques. Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
