Front Desk Assistant
Community Group Inc, an Associa company, is hiring a full time Front Desk Assistant to support its corporate office in Williamsburg, VA.
Daily responsibilities:
- Manage all front desk and clerical tasks.
- Meet and greet everyone as they walk in.
- Research and respond to inquiries in-person, by phone, and email.
- Type and format correspondence.
- Mass email communication to homeowners using the internal website.
- Enter and update community and homeowner information in the system.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Scan, file, and print documents.
- Assist in preparing invoices.
- Other duties as requested.
Hourly pay rate: $18-$20.
- High School Diploma or GED Required.
- 1+ year of office support, clerical, or administrative experience.
- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
- Customer service focused and team oriented.
- Self-motivated, proactive, takes the initiative, with timely follow-up skill.
- Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
