Associate Technical Designer - Swimwear

Job Description

We're seeking an Associate Technical Designer who is passionate about product, fit, and construction to help bring innovative swimwear collections to life.

What You'll Do

Support technical design from concept through production.
Create and maintain tech packs, specs, and measurement charts.
Participate in fit sessions; evaluate samples and document fit comments.
Partner with Design, Production, Patternmakers, and overseas vendors to ensure fit, construction, and quality standards.
Track sample development, update technical records, and help resolve fit and construction issues.

What You'll Bring

3+ years of Technical Design or Product Development experience (swimwear or intimate apparel preferred).
Strong understanding of garment construction, patternmaking, and stretch fabrics.
Experience conducting fit sessions and evaluating garment fit.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Excel, and PLM systems.
Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Degree in Fashion Design, Technical Design, or a related field preferred.
