Team Lead – Patient Services The Team Lead on our Patient Services team has the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients each day by providing support to navigate the complex medication access process. The role involves serving as a super user of program technology, subject matter expert on business rules, and assisting team members with problem resolution and training. The Team Lead collaborates with program leadership to maintain SOPs and work instructions and demonstrates high ownership, integrity and leadership. Responsibilities Write and update work instructions for ongoing training needs. Lead training for new hires – both classroom and side by side. Assist with continued training for all team members. Audit PowerBI and Lynk to ensure data accuracy. Lead Insurance Navigation roll‑outs for companywide initiatives. Assist program leadership as needed. Perform Team Lead responsibilities in addition to a Case Manager/Benefit Specialist role. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Ideal experience working as a Case Manager. Bachelor’s degree in arts and sciences, social work, public health administration or a related field strongly preferred. Demonstrated superior communication skills (professional written and verbal). Proven work experience as an informal leader within a group. Organizational and time management skills; able to complete tasks on schedule without prompting. Able to prioritize tasks to work the most urgent first. Demonstrated performance aligned with PharmaCord core values (problem solver, high accuracy, high quality scores, superior customer service, dependable attendance, respectful of teammates, etc.) with no written warnings for performance or attendance. Three years of customer service, payer benefits (reimbursement, prior authorization, etc.) or healthcare industry experience preferred. Ability to work any 8.5‑hour shift between 8am and 9pm, Monday to Friday; shift flexibility required. Bi‑lingual in English and Spanish or Chinese/Mandarin is a plus. Office‑based position; must sit for extended periods. Minimal flexibility to travel as needed preferred. Must be willing to work at 150Hilton Drive, Jeffersonville, IN.
