About The Job Provide operational, administrative, coordination, and program support to senior leadership and business operations teams Manage vendor and contractor relationships and serve as a key point of contact for external partners Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and materials, and support team meeting logistics Assist with lunch ordering, event coordination, and day-to-day office operations Create and maintain PowerPoint presentations, reports, and other business documents Track action items, follow up on deliverables, and support cross-functional initiatives Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure smooth business operations and communication About You Bachelor’s degree required 1+ year of professional administrative, operations, or coordination experience Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Self-starter who can work independently and proactively drive tasks to completion Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience coordinating with vendors, contractors, and cross-functional teams Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams About The Position Start Date: ASAP! $26/hr Temporary assignment: 6 months with potential for extension Hybrid: 2-4 days onsite, depending on the week Schedule: Monday-Friday Metro Accessible! #J-18808-Ljbffr Beacon Hill
