Executive Assistant & Board Liaison | Grants & Operations

Kaizen Lab Inc.

A non-profit organization in Baltimore is looking for an Administrative Support professional to assist the Executive Director. Responsibilities include managing complex schedules, preparing correspondence, coordinating travel, and handling confidential matters. Candidates should have a BA or substantial administrative experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and excellent communication skills.
