Job Summary:
The healthcare provider is seeking an ICU Float RN for a facility in the designated location. This role involves floating between ICU, Intermediate, and Medical-Surgical units, providing critical care nursing in a fast-paced environment. The position requires adaptability to different patient ratios and unit protocols.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: At least 2 years of recent emergency department and/or intensive care unit nursing experience; CPR and advanced cardiovascular life support certifications required; EPIC experience preferred; must have full COVID-19 and influenza vaccination or valid medical/religious exemption.
• Responsibilities include providing high-quality critical care, working rotating weekends and holidays, and floating between units as needed.
• The position involves mandatory overtime, with additional hours on an as-needed basis to ensure unit coverage.
