JOB RESPONSIBILITIES You lead the daily activities of customer service, managing web, email and phone consumer inquiries across all Barkman brands with poise, accuracy and immediacy You regularly monitor and respond to product feedback across multiple portals You address all feedback in a timely manner, resolving customer and product issues You lead the planning and execution of Beesponsible and Bee Harmony trade shows and other public relations/community events You effectively assist team members with product development and labeling assignments You regularly participate in fulfillment prepping, packaging and shipping orders as needed You easily manage projects across all brands and help coordinate larger initiatives TOOLKIT/SKILLS REQUIRED You have a customer service mindset and voice; you are well-written and spoken, delivering a friendly, approachable and knowledgeable experience to customers You are a superb organizer, master of details and project manager You are extremely critical of your communications and work output You are a great multitasker and can jump from task to task or project to project without letting anything fall through the cracks. You are confident in your approach and efficiently manage your projects — you drive the team to completion.
