Customer Service Coordinator

Responsibilities Communicate effectively with customers, contractors and architects through various channels Respond promptly to customer inquiries, acknowledge and resolve customer complaints, and coordinate with colleagues as needed Coordinate Orders, Quotes, Samples, and Detail Requests Enter orders into the JD Edwards (JDE) database Prepare orders for scheduling Enter or approve physical samples/literature Enter or approve detail requests to Drafting Prepare quotes for reps or customers Provide solutions for product or process problems and initiate preventative and corrective actions Maintain accurate job history details in the ERP system and sales folders Offer special pricing for reps as needed Perform additional duties as required Knowledge & Skills Effective professional communication, both orally and in writing Passion for helping others and a positive, solution‑oriented attitude Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members Ability to remain composed during difficult conversations Strong multi‑tasking and prioritization skills in line with business needs Technical aptitude and proficiency with Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and report generation Experience At least 2 years in a customer service role using an online ordering platform and providing technical support Experience troubleshooting technical problems and delivering solutions Experience with MS Suite, Crystal Reports, and ERP software Preferred experience in architectural, construction, or engineering firms or similar environments Education High school diploma or equivalent (required) Post‑secondary technical education (preferred) Other Requirements Position operates in a professional office environment using standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets #J-18808-Ljbffr
