What You'll Be Doing: You’ll work directly with branch and regional leadership to help operate, grow, and strengthen the Everett office. Operations & Branch Support: Help manage daily branch operations including dispatch, staffing, client support, and workforce management Ensure the office remains organized, efficient, and responsive Assist with problem-solving and day-to-day branch challenges Step into leadership responsibilities when needed Sales & Business Development: Support branch sales initiatives and customer growth efforts Build relationships with current and prospective clients Participate in client visits, networking opportunities, and business development activities Identify opportunities to expand existing customer relationships Learn the fundamentals of sales, account management, and branch growth Leadership & Team Development: Support and coach team members Help maintain accountability and performance expectations Contribute to a positive, high-performance culture Lead by example through professionalism, urgency, and service excellence Recruiting & Workforce Management: Recruit, onboard, and place employees into job opportunities Help ensure workers are prepared, reliable, and successful on assignment Support recruiting events, community outreach, and workforce development efforts What We're Looking For: We're looking for someone with leadership potential who is excited to learn, grow, and take ownership.
