As an AI Agent Solutions Engineer – Digital Workplace Product Management, you will be part of the Digital Workplace Product Group supporting product management and AI innovation initiatives. Job Title AI Agent Solutions Engineer – Digital Workplace Product Management Location New York, New York - Hybrid 3x days onsite Pay Range $70.00 What’s the Job? Design, build, and deploy AI agents that automate product management activities across the organization. Develop agentic solutions supporting product discovery, requirements gathering, and roadmap planning. Create multi‑step AI workflows integrating enterprise data, business logic, and generative AI capabilities. Prototype and validate AI solutions to demonstrate business value before scaling. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate AI agents with enterprise tools such as Jira, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and others. What’s Needed? Hands‑on experience building AI‑powered applications, workflows, automation solutions, or intelligent agents. Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Microsoft 365 Copilot. Proficiency in designing and implementing workflow automation using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate.
