General Manager

Buscamos un General Manager (GM) con amplia experiencia en hospitalidad y manejo de restaurantes de alto nivel. El candidato ideal debe contar con un historial comprobado en la gestión de operaciones, control de costos y excelencia en servicio al cliente, preferiblemente con experiencia en cadenas de lujo. Esta es una oportunidad para un líder apasionado que quiera dirigir un equipo de alto rendimiento en un entorno dinámico y exclusivo. Responsabilidades Principales Dirigir y supervisar todas las operaciones diarias del restaurante. Asegurar un servicio excepcional, alineado con los estándares de hospitalidad de lujo. Gestionar eficientemente los costos de alimentos y operacionales. Coordinar y trabajar en conjunto con el Floor Manager y el Chef Ejecutivo . Supervisar y optimizar los eventos grandes, asegurando una ejecución impecable. Desarrollar estrategias para mejorar la rentabilidad y eficiencia del restaurante. Liderar, motivar y desarrollar al equipo de trabajo para alcanzar los objetivos del negocio. Asegurar el cumplimiento de regulaciones sanitarias, de seguridad y de calidad. Establecer y mantener relaciones con clientes y proveedores clave. Requisitos y Experiencia Experiencia: Mínimo 5-7 años en posiciones de liderazgo en hoteles o restaurantes de alto nivel. Habilidades en: Control de costos, manejo de personal, logística de eventos grandes y estrategias de servicio al cliente. Disponibilidad: 100% presencial. Habilidades de liderazgo: Capacidad para inspirar y motivar a un equipo de alto rendimiento. Orientación a resultados: Foco en la rentabilidad, excelencia operativa y satisfacción del cliente.
