Lunova Group is partnering with a rapidly growing company expanding its presence in the Wheeling, WV market. We're looking for a competitive, relationship-driven Outside Sales Representative who knows how to connect with customers, uncover what matters to them, and close. This is a field-based sales role with travel to pre-qualified appointments throughout the territory. Why Join the Team? About the Role You’ll spend the majority of your time in the field meeting face-to-face with homeowners throughout your assigned territory. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being out in the market, building relationships, and closing business rather than sitting behind a desk. You’ll manage opportunities from the initial homeowner appointment through close while partnering with the internal team to ensure an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities Meet with qualified homeowner leads throughout your territory Build rapport and understand each homeowner's goals and situation Present the company's solution clearly and confidently Handle questions and objections throughout the sales process Negotiate agreements and close deals Manage follow-up and maintain an active sales pipeline Track activity and opportunities within the CRM Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience Travel throughout the assigned territory for scheduled homeowner appointments What We're Looking For We're more interested in your ability to sell, build trust, and close business than your specific industry background. You may be a strong fit if you've been successful in: Outside Sales Roofing or Exterior Sales HVAC Windows & Doors Remodeling or Home Improvement Security Systems Pest Control Insurance Sales Other commission-driven sales environments Successful candidates typically bring: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals Strong closing and negotiation skills Confidence selling face-to-face The ability to quickly build trust with customers A competitive, self-motivated mindset Comfort managing multiple opportunities at once Willingness and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory CRM experience is a plus Location & Territory This is a field-based position supporting the company's growing Wheeling, WV market.
