Monday ‐ Thursday schedule from 7:30am ‐ 5:30pm with no call
14 ‐ 16 patients per day
Chronic care management including diabetes, hypertension, and thyroid disorders
Adults required with optional pediatrics
Hospital privileges required
Primary care and established patient panel management

Ranges shown should be used as an estimate and are affected by many factors including the critical need of the position, your overall experience and qualifications, and other considerations.
