Freelance Replay Operator

Purpose We are seeking a Freelance Replay Operator to join our team and assist in overseeing the strategic planning, development, and execution of projects within the organization, with a focus on broadcasting live sporting events and managing the Production Control Room. The Freelance Replay Operator will work closely with senior management to ensure that goals are met in a timely and efficient manner. This is not a full‑time position, and individuals will be asked to support our team on a per‑game basis. Essential Duties/Responsibilities Provide live replay sports productions. Operate solo on smaller shows or as part of a team on larger shows. Set up and test multiple replay devices as needed. Work with producers during the week to prepare content for broadcasts. Multitask and juggle multiple productions from a pre‑production standpoint simultaneously. Collaborate with on‑air talent to discuss ideas and content for broadcasts. Perform other duties as assigned. Position Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred but not required. 2–3 years of experience in a live broadcast environment. Proficient with replay devices, specifically Envivo and EVS. Working knowledge of Adobe Suite – Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop. Willing and able to work flexible hours, nights, weekends, and holidays. Avid sports fan, specifically soccer. Must thrive in a fast‑paced, team environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr NEP Group, Inc.
