Commercial Staff Appraiser - CRE

A well-established regional commercial bank is looking to add a Staff Appraiser to their Commercial Appraisal team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced appraisal professional looking to evaluate commercial real estate loans across the South Florida market, working closely with internal lending teams. The bank offers a strong culture and significant opportunity for long-term growth. Responsibilities: Review commercial real estate and special-use property appraisals to ensure valuations, market data, methodology, and analysis are accurate and reasonable. Travel to perform property inspections, field construction inspections, and select commercial appraisals for quality control purposes. Manage appraisal requests, review outside appraisal firms, and ensure fees and qualifications meet bank standards. Conduct independent market analysis and monitor changes within the commercial appraisal industry to support appraisal policies and procedures. Review environmental reports and quality control appraisals while working closely with commercial lending and other internal teams. Qualifications: 5+ years of commercial real estate appraisal experience covering South Florida market. Strong knowledge of USPAP, Interagency Appraisal Guidelines, and commercial real estate appraisal regulations. Commercial lending knowledge. #J-18808-Ljbffr JCW Group
