Job Details:

• Location: Washington, District of Columbia
• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state/district, BSN degree (highly desired), Med/Surg Telemetry experience of at least 2 years, Cerner experience, BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification, graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program, must live 50 miles away

• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Fulfills the needs of the patients, families, and community by performing a variety of patient care functions and tasks in accordance with licensure, certification, training, and regulatory requirements. Delivers care to patients in a competent, capable, caring, and efficient manner. Applies knowledge of growth and development over the lifespan to provide age-appropriate care. Demonstrates the ability to obtain and interpret patient information, make initial and ongoing assessments, and complete admission assessments in a timely manner.
