Role Description The Construction Assistant is a full-time, hybrid role based in Lincoln, NE, with some flexibility for work-from-home tasks such as documentation and planning. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting construction site management, assisting with project schedules, coordinating with subcontractors and vendors, and helping maintain organized job files and records. The role involves tracking basic project budgets, preparing and updating reports, and communicating with internal teams to keep projects on schedule. The Construction Assistant may also help with site inspections, material orders, and ensuring that safety and quality standards are followed.

• Candidates should ideally have prior experience in construction, facilities, or related fields; relevant coursework or training is beneficial.
• Candidates should hold a high school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or construction-related education is a plus.
