About the Opportunity

A highly respected and sophisticated financial services firm in Downtown Houston is seeking a polished, professional Corporate Receptionist / Client Services Coordinator to join its team.

This is not a traditional front-desk or hospitality position. This is a highly visible corporate role serving as the first point of contact for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients , senior executives, and important visitors to the firm.

The right person will have a polished professional presence, excellent communication skills, exceptional reliability, and the ability to make clients feel genuinely welcomed while maintaining the discretion and professionalism expected in a financial services environment.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary receptionist and first point of contact for clients, visitors, and business partners.
• Professionally greet and assist clients upon arrival and ensure they are properly directed and accommodated.
• Provide a consistently polished and professional client experience from arrival through departure.
• Answer and route incoming calls using excellent telephone etiquette.
• Coordinate conference rooms, meetings, and visitor schedules.
• Assist with client meeting preparations, including refreshments and other meeting-related needs.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and general reception-area responsibilities.
• Maintain a professional, organized, and presentation-ready reception area.
• Provide light administrative and office support to the team as needed.
• Assist with scheduling, correspondence, document preparation, and other administrative projects.
• Interact regularly with senior management and maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion.
• Protect confidential client and company information at all times.
• Support the Office Manager with various office and administrative responsibilities.

Requirements

• Must currently reside in the Greater Houston area .
• Must be able to work on-site in Downtown Houston .
• Must be comfortable working in a formal, professional business environment.
• Must be available for a full-time schedule of approximately 39.5 hours per week.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship .
