Respiratory Therapist – Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics

Schedule / Job Type Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts | Every Other Weekend Required
Key Responsibilities

Provide respiratory therapy services across assigned units, with potential floating between units based on facility need
Deliver patient care in accordance with hospital acuity-based staffing ratios
Participate in rotating weekend coverage (every other weekend per CBA)
Commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
Complete required facility modules prior to start and during orientation
Required Qualifications

Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
Valid state license or compact license — must be in hand at time of submission
Minimum of 1 year of Respiratory Therapist experience required
Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible as a standard travel candidate (locals may be considered under alternative terms)
All time-off requests and specific scheduling needs must be submitted upfront at time of submittal; post-offer RTO requests may not be accommodated
2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start
Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience working in a respiratory or neuro diagnostics setting
Familiarity with acuity-based staffing environments and floating between units
Prior travel contract experience in a hospital or acute care setting
