TELECOMMUNICATIONS ANALYST

Our work depends on Telecommunications Analyst joining our team to provide unified communication services to our FAA customer. HOW A TELECOMMUNICATIONS ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT- Analyzes, maintains, and modifies telecommunications systems supporting 911 (Inform Platform) operations and sustainment to meet operational standards.
- Monitors the operations of 911 systems and services of vendors.
- Conducts studies regarding 911 systems usage and recommends changes as appropriate.
- Plans, coordinates and performs all moves and installation of 911 equipment.
- Tests, adjusts, and troubleshoots complex hardware equipment as necessary.
- Maintains records and prepares complex reports relevant to the operation of the 911 system.
- Provides end-user training of 911 features and functionality.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
● Education: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree: Degree in Telecommunications / IT related field desirable.
● Required Experience: 3+ years of related experience
● Required Technical Skills: Telecommunications and 911 systems / platforms.
● Security Clearance Level: Agency specific - Public Trust
● Required Skills and Abilities: Communication and problem solving. After hours call out - support.
● Preferred Skills: 911 Voice and Video technologies.
● Location: On Company Site (Oklahoma City, OK).
