Hybrid Contact Center Specialist

SAFE Credit Union

SAFE Credit Union is seeking a customer service representative to handle a variety of member calls with prompt, courteous service. The role includes cross-selling products, processing credit applications, and coordinating with other departments in the Contact Center. You will support daily operations, maintain reports, and uphold SAFE’s brand promise.
