Location: Defiance, Ohio
Salary Range: $60,000 to $70,000 annually, based on experience
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:45 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., or Wednesday through Sunday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Position Summary

Are you an experienced warehouse leader who enjoys developing employees, improving processes, and keeping an operation running safely and efficiently? Keller Warehousing & Co-Packing is looking for an Operations Supervisor to provide hands-on leadership at our Defiance, Ohio facility.

This position will oversee daily warehouse activities, support employee development, monitor operational performance, and help ensure customer expectations are met. The Operations Supervisor reports to the Operations Manager.

Essential Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations with a focus on safety, quality, productivity, and customer service.
• Supervise, train, coach, schedule, and hold employees accountable.
• Monitor labor, timekeeping, attendance, inventory accuracy, and operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with company safety, OSHA, and applicable food safety requirements.
• Support incident investigations, audits, equipment needs, and process improvements.
• Maintain clear communication with employees, customers, and internal departments.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of warehouse leadership experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with warehouse management systems, inventory, labor planning, and forklift operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as operational needs require.
• Ability to obtain required internal industrial truck and trainer certifications.

Physical and Work Environment Requirements

This position works in an active warehouse environment and requires frequent movement and material handling. Candidates must be able to lift up to 75 pounds independently or with assistance, work around powered equipment, wear required personal protective equipment, and work in varying temperatures, noise levels, dust, fumes, and odors.
