Senior SAP OpenText VIM Consultant Tampa, FL / REMOTE ECC/ S4HANA: S4HANA Senior SAP OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) Consultant We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) Consultant with a minimum of 9 years of hands-on experience to join our team. As a Senior SAP VIM Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP VIM solutions for our clients. Your expertise will be crucial in streamlining invoice processing and document management, ensuring efficient and compliant financial operations. Responsibilities: Solution Design and Implementation: Lead and contribute to the design and configuration of SAP VIM solutions, aligned with client requirements and industry best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business needs and translate them into effective SAP VIM solutions. Configure SAP VIM settings, workflows, document types, data capture, and integration with SAP and non-SAP systems. Customize SAP VIM functionalities to meet specific business processes and requirements. Project Management and Delivery: Lead end-to-end SAP VIM implementation projects, ensuring successful project delivery within defined scope, timelines, and budget. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and project team members. Define project milestones, deliverables, and manage stakeholder communication and expectations. System Optimization and Support: Perform regular assessments of SAP VIM systems to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and enhanced efficiency. Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting, defect resolution, and performance optimization. Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure continuous system availability and reliability. User Training and Knowledge Transfer: Conduct training sessions for end-users and key stakeholders to ensure effective utilization of SAP VIM functionalities. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides, process flows, and configuration documentation. Integration and Upgrades: Collaborate with technical teams to integrate SAP VIM with other SAP modules, third-party applications, and external systems. Stay updated on the latest SAP VIM enhancements, patches, and upgrades, and provide recommendations for system improvements. Industry Expertise and Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices related to SAP VIM and document management. Continuously upgrade your skills and knowledge related to SAP VIM and related technologies. Requirements: Minimum of 9 years of hands-on experience with SAP OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) module. Proven track record of successfully delivering SAP VIM implementation and optimization projects. Strong understanding of accounts payable processes, invoice management, and document capture. Proficiency in SAP VIM configuration, including workflow design, data extraction, OCR integration, and integration with SAP ECC or S/4HANA. Experience with SAP VIM integration with OpenText Extended ECM or other document management systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams. Project management skills, including the ability to lead project teams, manage timelines, and ensure project success. SAP VIM certification is a plus. Job Duties: Consultant will actively get involved and provide following services in scope of the engagement Incident Management Acceptance of Ticket from Users, Analysis, and resolution of Incidents according to defined solution scope and agreed SLAs Problem Management Perform Casual Analysis periodically and fix recurring issues. Root cause analysis and resolution of Problems according to defined solution scope and agreed SLAs Change Management Analysis of Incidents/Requests involved for Change. Carry out Scope definition, commercial validation. Echo IT Solutions
