Brand Engagement Manager I

Job Title: Brand Engagement Manager I Location: New York, NY Pay Range: $60 - $64/hr on W2 What's the Job? Step in to support ongoing paid media and brand engagement efforts by helping plan, execute, and report on campaign performance across relevant channels. Partner with marketing and cross-functional teams to maintain continuity between brand priorities and media alignment. Coordinate with agency partners to support channel mix recommendations and tactical planning. Collaborate with data and CRM partners to help leverage first-party (1P) data for more efficient consumer targeting. Consolidate learnings and insights from agency partners and internal activation teams to deliver regular reporting and actionable recommendations. What's Needed? 8-10+ years of progressive experience in paid media at a senior manager or director level. Bachelor’s Degree. Advanced analytical skills with experience working with large data sets, optimizing KPIs, and interpreting campaign performance. Proven experience managing media agencies and overseeing large-scale budgets. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate across commercial, marketing, CRM, analytics, and global/corporate teams. What's in it for me?
