Role Description The Family Office Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Chicago, IL. This team member supports advisors and clients through day-to-day administrative and operational activities, including organizing client documentation, preparing meeting materials, and maintaining accurate records in firm systems. The role involves coordinating appointments, managing correspondence, responding to client inquiries, and ensuring a professional and welcoming office environment. The Associate will assist with basic accounting tasks, data entry, and report preparation, as well as support special projects related to client service, process improvements, and office operations.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients and internal team members.
• Candidates should possess Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills to manage schedules, documentation, and daily office operations.
• Candidates should possess foundational Accounting skills for basic bookkeeping, data entry, and support of financial reporting tasks.
• Candidates should have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates should be proficient with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM systems) and comfortable learning new technology tools.
• Candidates should demonstrate a client-focused mindset, integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive financial and personal information.
• Prior experience in a financial services, wealth management, or professional services environment is beneficial.
• An associate or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
