Wholesale Account Executive

To support the growth of the wholesale lending business, the full-time Wholesale Account Executive will develop and maintain relationships with mortgage loan brokers, banks, and credit unions, while working remotely to manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction. Key responsibilities Make daily outbound calls to develop new accounts and follow up to ensure client satisfaction Answer loan pricing and scenario questions while collaborating with operations to resolve issues Track and report on monthly volume and loan quality, staying updated on regulatory standards Required qualifications 2+ years of mortgage lending experience Well-developed understanding of mortgage underwriting, processing, closing, and sales procedures Exceptional customer service skills with a strong focus on detail and follow-through Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Experience with Encompass/Point or other mortgage origination systems (preferred)
