Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Success Specialist located in Kernersville, NC. This position will respond to customer requests and maintain strong relationships with the independent contractors that fulfill job assignments. This role also provides administrative assistance and ensures smooth operations of scheduling processes on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal skills and communication abilities
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Phone etiquette
• Experience with automation technology a plus

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
