Social Media Director & Creator:
We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven TikTok Shop Operations & Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our TikTok Shop presence. This role focuses on optimizing TikTok Shop performance, maintaining strong Shop Performance Scores (SPS), managing advertising campaigns, creating engaging organic content, coordinating affiliate partnerships, and driving sales through TikTok LIVE and short-form video.
The ideal candidate understands the TikTok Shop ecosystem, stays up to date with platform trends and features, and knows how to turn content, livestreams, affiliates, and advertising into measurable sales growth.
Responsibilities:
TikTok Shop Operations & Account Health
- Manage day-to-day TikTok Shop operations, including product listings, inventory availability, order status, returns, refunds, and fulfillment coordination.
- Maintain a strong Shop Performance Score (SPS) and monitor account health, customer satisfaction, fulfillment performance, and other relevant platform metrics.
- Monitor TikTok Shop violations, policy updates, performance notifications, and account compliance requirements.
- Review TikTok Shop analytics to identify sales trends, operational issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Organic Content Creation & Social Media Growth
- Develop and execute an organic content strategy to grow product awareness, engagement, traffic, and sales without relying exclusively on paid advertising.
- Film, edit, and publish engaging short-form videos featuring products, demonstrations, promotions, trends, and creative concepts.
- Create content tailored to TikTok's audience, algorithm, and evolving content trends.
- Use tools such as CapCut, Canva, and similar applications to produce and edit content efficiently.
- Maintain a consistent content calendar and support product launches, seasonal promotions, and ongoing campaigns.
TikTok LIVE Streaming & Sales
- Plan, host, and manage TikTok LIVE shopping sessions, product demonstrations, and live auction events.
- Present products, engage viewers, answer questions, demonstrate features, and encourage purchases in real time.
- Prepare livestream schedules, product sequences, promotional offers, inventory, and featured items before each session.
- Monitor LIVE analytics, including viewers, engagement, product clicks, conversions, GMV, and other performance indicators.
- Review livestream results and continuously improve performance based on data and audience behavior.
Affiliate Marketing & Creator Partnerships
- Identify, recruit, and build relationships with TikTok Shop affiliates, influencers, and content creators.
- Manage affiliate outreach, product samples, commission structures, collaboration opportunities, and ongoing communication.
- Identify high-performing affiliates and develop strategies to increase their output and long-term engagement.
- Encourage creators to produce quality content that showcases products and drives TikTok Shop sales.
- Explore TikTok Shop affiliate tools and programs to expand creator participation and product reach
Customer Service & Order Support
- Respond to customer inquiries involving products, orders, shipping, tracking, returns, and refunds.
- Process or coordinate customer returns, refunds, and other post-purchase procedures through TikTok Shop.
- Monitor customer feedback, complaints, and fulfillment issues that could affect account health and the Shop Performance Score.
- Work with internal operations and fulfillment teams to resolve order discrepancies, shipping delays, and customer concerns.
- Open and Test Returns for resell, stock, or disposale
