Part-Time Sales Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member Part-Time Position Overview Tony Brewer State Farm is hiring a Part-Time Sales Representative in Carrollton, GA to join a supportive, professional sales team. We invest in our team’s success through training, ongoing development, and a work environment built around growth and collaboration. This is an in-office, part-time role working 20-30 hours per week. Responsibilities Build and maintain customer relationships through consultative conversations about coverage needs Meet weekly and monthly outreach and production goals Participate in product training and licensing coursework Set appointments and move prospects through the sales process Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline records in the agency system Qualifications No prior sales experience required — we will train you Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses Team-oriented with a positive, coachable attitude Strong phone presence and clear, confident communication Self-motivated and comfortable with consistent outreach and follow-up Benefits Base salary plus performance-based commission Paid time off (vacation, sick, and personal days) Paid company holidays Clear career advancement paths Company events, contests, and team lunches Pay range: $3,000-$5,000 per month This includes base salary, commissions, and bonuses.
