Job Description

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience in commercial insurance operations or certificate processing.
Ability to interpret client requirements and policy documents.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate Excel skills.
Experience with proprietary systems, including Aon platforms or similar.
Strong written and verbal communication with professional client interaction.
High attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
Ability to pivot between multiple applications effectively.

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience specifically in Commercial Insurance certificate issuance.
Familiarity with Aon systems and workflows.
