Position Overview

Usery Insurance Agency is looking for a motivated Insurance Sales Specialist to join our growing Allstate team. If you're a licensed Property & Casualty professional who enjoys building relationships, closing new business, and helping customers protect what matters most, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a sales-only role with a dedicated service team handling policy servicing, allowing you to focus on growing your book of business and maximizing your earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business and convert leads into customers.
• Educate clients on insurance products and recommend customized coverage.
• Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.
• Meet individual sales goals while maintaining accurate customer records.
• Stay current on insurance products and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license required.
• Previous insurance sales experience preferred.
• Georgia license required before your start date if applying from another state.
• Life license is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
